The race will be "chip timed" by RUNNERS HIGH TIMING SERVICE (results/splits will
be posted on www.runhigh.com).
You will be issued a chip for your ankle the day of the race (it stays on for the entire race) according
to your swim seeding. You will be responsible for returning the chip immediately following the run (there will be volunteers
taking them off your ankle).
Timing mats will be placed on the ground to capture your swim, bike, run and transition times. You
only have to cross the mats entering and exiting the Transition Area.
START TIMES
Everyone Pre-registered by May 13th will be seeded and given
their swim start time via email, given that their email address was provided.
Start times will also be available on this website by Friday May 15th.
The Timing Chips will start automatically.
IT IS YOUR JOB TO BE IN YOUR ASSIGNED LANE IN THE CORRECT POOL BY THE ASSIGNED START TIME.
If you are late, your chip starts without you NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!! You will have to omit the swim , and start on the bike.
BODY MARKING AND RACE BIB NUMBERS
Body marking starts at 6:00 AM. You must wear your race bib number on your front during the run.
POST RACE
Be certain you have returned your timing chip or you will be charged.
Please be respectful of participants still on the course after you have finished. It is very possible
some participants will be finished before others are out of the pool.
Please keep course clear.
Awards will follow as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that although you may have started in the
first wave, others in your age group may start an hour or more later.

THE TOP THREE MALE AND FEMALE WINNERS
1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD IN EACH AGE GROUP
COURSE DETAILS:
SWIM
All entrants will be assigned a lane 1-11 A or B. Lanes will be labeled on the walls in the pool area.
Lanes 1-5 (A+B) will be in the Outdoor Pool.
Lanes 6-11 (A+B) will be in the Indoor Pool.
Swimmers will START 2 per lane and will swim 10 LAPS (500 yd) always remaining in your half of
the lane. You will be either A or B.
Lap counters will be utilized.
Swim Starts will begin at predetermined intervals based on projected swim times given on
your applications. Final swim seedings and start times will be determined Thursday May 15th and will be available on this
website. Please check for your swim time and arrive accordingly.
Swimmers will exit directly onto the sidewalk and head toward the Transition Area.
Bike
All Cyclists will exit the Transition Area according to the map and head out on to the BIKE course.
The BIKE course is 14.5 miles.
USAT rules will apply (www.usatriathlon.org). There will be absolutely NO drafting allowed.
The course will be open to traffic with Police control at intersections.
RUN
The RUN course is 3.1 miles.
It’s out and back . Miles will be clearly marked as
well as all turns.
